Lower Maintenance Costs

The Satellite Series Street Lights have a 20 year design life on all fixture components. In order to develop a true 20 year design, LRL required the company to develop and manufacture its own high reliability electronic power supply, with automotive and aircraft grade electronic components.

Other design considerations/features such as IP-66 seal, seamless fixture design, robust single solid piece die cast aluminum housing, calculation and consideration of coefficient of expansion of all fixture materials, and other key factors all attribute to the Satellite Series’ ability to eliminate maintenance events.
